HISTORY

The firm was founded in 2001 by Jim Mulcahy after many years as a lawyer in private practice and as General Counsel for a $2 billion corporation.

Jim believed then, and still does now, that there is a strong market need for a niche franchise and distribution law firm with both “inside counsel” and national “outside counsel” experience.
