An attorney with Mulcahy Reeves since 2008, Doug represents clients in cases involving franchise, antitrust and vertical distribution issues, complex and class action issues, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and appellate proceedings.

Prior to joining Mulcahy Reeves, Doug was an associate with a well-regarded California law firm and successfully litigated high profile nationwide complex and class action cases in courts across the country. Doug also argued before the California Courts of Appeal on several occasions.

Doug holds a Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During law school, Doug was awarded the Witken Award for Academic Excellence in Professional Responsibility and spent a summer studying in the prestigious International Legal Studies program in Salzburg Austria with United States Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA.
